🚨 We’re Hiring: Area Sales Manager (ASM) 🚨 📍 Regions: Gujarat | Maharashtra | Punjab | Madhya Pradesh Trackstar Industries is expanding its sales leadership team and is looking for dynamic Area Sales Managers (ASM) to drive growth across key regions in India. 🔹 Role Overview As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing business, managing key accounts, and strengthening Trackstar’s presence in government and private infrastructure projects related to road safety & traffic signage. 🔹 Key Responsibilities - Drive sales and business development across the assigned region - Liaise with NHAI, PWD, state authorities, consultants, EPC contractors, and private infra players - Identify new project opportunities, tenders, and long-term associations - Manage regional distributors, channel partners, and key customers - Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collection - Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, approvals, and execution support - Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions 🔹 Desired Profile - Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales/business development - Background in road safety products, signage, infrastructure, highways, or construction materials preferred - Strong understanding of government tendering & project-based sales - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Self-driven, regionally mobile, and result-oriented 🔹 What We Offer - Opportunity to work with a leading road safety solutions provider - Exposure to prestigious national & state highway projects - Performance-linked growth and long-term career prospects
