Monitoring the safe and reliable operation of CFBC Boilers, Turbines, CHPs its auxiliaries of Thermal power plant WHRS. Accountable for maintaining and improving the plant efficiency, optimization of operational cost Shutdown Planning. MIS report preparation, Power Analysis, presentation preparation for various meetings, participation in award competitions. Strategic planning to reduce the auxiliary power consumption and plant heat rate. People development, collaboration and teamwork and effective utilization of manpower. Enforcement of all safety standards. Budget preparation Zero-based Budgeting in SAP, monitoring the TM1. Responsible for coal management and Its Analysis. Operation of STP and drinking water treatment Plant.
