Role Description This full-time, on-site AutoCAD 2D P&ID Design Supervisor role is based in Jamshedpur. The responsibilities include supervising the creation and quality assessment of 2D AutoCAD designs, including process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), ensuring compliance with design standards and project specifications. The role also involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams, reviewing drawings, and providing feedback for accuracy and functionality. The supervisor will manage space planning efforts and oversee the creation of detailed construction and architectural drawings, contributing to the successful delivery of projects. Qualifications Proficiency in Architectural Drawings, Construction Drawings, and Drawing interpretation Experience in Space Planning and developing accurate and functional designs Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders Knowledge of design standards and best practices for P&ID development A Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field Hands-on experience with AutoCAD software and other relevant design tools Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Prior experience in O&M or infrastructure sectors is an advantage
