Job Title: Full Stack Developer: Experience: 1–2 Years Location: Bengaluru Job Type: Full-time Role Description: As a Full Stack Developer at Toystack, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end systems to deliver innovative solutions on our platform. Responsibilities include coding, debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and deploy web applications using React.js and Node.js. Build interactive and responsive UI components using modern React practices (Hooks, context, state management). Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs. Integrate and manage databases such as PostgreSQL. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product owners, and QA teams. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve code quality. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues. Required Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and basic TypeScript. Good understanding of Node.js, Express.js, and building backend APIs. Experience with MongoDB or SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL). Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab). Understanding of REST API integration and backend–frontend communication. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Nice to have: Basic knowledge of Redux, Context API, or any state management library. Experience with JWT authentication, OAuth, or session management. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Salary: 6 - 8 Lakhs per Annum
