Role Overview We are looking for a Senior SaaS Sales Leader who is a Go-Getter and can take full ownership of the sales function — from strategy to execution. This role is for a self-driven “closer “who understands enterprise buying psychology, builds strong pipelines, drives multi-stakeholder deals, and consistently hits targets in a high growth environment. You will work closely with the Top Management and play a crucial role in shaping TouchNow’s revenue engine. Key Responsibilities •Drive end-to-end enterprise SaaS sales, from prospecting to closing and renewal. •Build and maintain a predictable sales pipeline using data-driven methodologies. •Identify, qualify, and win mid-market and enterprise accounts across multiple sectors. •Develop and execute strategic outreach, GTM motions, and account-based sales plans. •Conduct high-impact product demos and articulate ROI for C-suite and decision-makers. •Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-cycle enterprise deals. •Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Marketing to refine features, unlock new use cases, and accelerate adoption. •Track metrics, improve processes, and drive a target-oriented performance culture. •Represent TouchNow at industry events, demos, and client interactions. Required Experience & Skills •10–12 years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales (preferably AI, CRM, CX or MarTech). •Strong record of closing enterprise deals and exceeding ARR quotas. •Deep understanding of SaaS economics, pipeline management, and sales forecasting. •Experience selling to CXOs, product heads, digital transformation teams, and procurement cycles. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. •Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth start-up environment. •Ownership mindset — you enjoy building systems, not just following them. Nice to Have •Experience with global markets (APAC, Middle East, Europe). •Familiarity with AI-powered platforms and automation tools. •Prior experience in early-stage SaaS companies.
