Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the refractory sector. Understand client needs, provide technical advice, and present tailored solutions. · Utilize deep knowledge of refractory products, applications, and industry trends to educate clients and effectively position our solutions. · Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform marketing and sales strategies. · Provide technical support and expertise to clients throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and troubleshooting. · Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, product literature, and digital marketing strategies specific to the refractory industry. · Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and services. Address any post-sale issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. · Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends. Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and outcomes. · Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science, Civil, Ceramic) or a related field. Additional qualifications in marketing or business administration are a plus. · Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the refractory industry or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. · Strong understanding of refractory materials, their applications, and industry standards.
