Job Title: PLC Programmer Location: Vadodara Job Type: Full-Time Department: Engineering / Automation Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer to design, develop, test, and support industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to control manufacturing equipment and systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Role & responsibilities Develop and implement PLC software using platforms such as Siemens (TIA Portal/Simatic Manager), Allen-Bradley (RSLogix/Studio 5000), Mitsubishi, Omron. Design and program Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and SCADA systems. Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and system-related issues in manufacturing environments. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineers to integrate automation systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings. Support system installation, commissioning, and startup at customer or plant sites. Maintain detailed documentation of control system architecture and program logic. Preferred candidate profile Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field. 2+ years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation. Strong experience with one or more PLC platforms (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens). Proficiency in HMI/SCADA development tools (e.g., Zenon, WinCC). Understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
