Institution run at the whims and fancies of one person. Never pays vendors on time. Never used to pay employees on time. So many immoral relationships inside the company that is fostered by the company itself! In general, preaches something and does the opposite! Never to be believed.

The irony is that, Total Environment had made sure that a good concept/idea remain out of reach of most of the people cost-wise . If you have a environment friendly home concept idea why not spread the idea and make affordable homes to make the city beautiful.

We called to enquire about TEP,....Sales representative was super arrogant and we dropped the plan to go ahead..Afterall people who work reflect company's ethical standards
