Own B2B Lead Generation initiatives for the US market. Plan and Execute email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, website lead funnels, and CRM driven follow-ups. Track, Qualify and hand over sales-ready leads to US sales teams. Communicate directly with US customers via calls, Zoom/Teams, email & LinkedIn and Act as a professional extension of the US marketing team. Work closely with US Stakeholder, participate in strategy discussions and weekly reviews meeting with US leadership. Create marketing content using AI based tools (emails, LinkedIn posts, website content, case studies), Tools may include but not limited to ChatGPT/Claude, Canva/gramma/Jasper, AI video and voice tools. Ensure all content is US-market relevant, professional, and conversion-focused. Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, including lead sources, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness. Prepare and share weekly and monthly performance reports with US stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years experience in marketing, lead generation, or B2B customer engagement. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Comfortable speaking with US customers and senior leadership. Experience working in US or international time zones. Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, CRM systems, LinkedIn outreach & email Marketing. Confident, professional, and independent working style with high ownership. Preferred- Prior experience working with US-based clients or companies. Background in Marketing, Inside Sales / SDR, Pre-Sales, or Customer Success roles. Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools and platforms . Experience in B2B, services, or industrial domains.
