Role & responsibilities Department: Production / Quality / Maintenance Reporting to: Senior Engineer Technical Training & Learning Undergo structured training on machines, equipment, processes, and company systems. Key Responsibilities Learn and understand standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards. Production Support Assist in machine operations, assembly line activities, or sub-process monitoring under supervision. Report any deviations, delays, or issues to shift in-charge. Maintain proper documentation and log daily production metrics. Quality Assurance & Inspection Perform basic inspection and testing as per quality standards. Support QC team in conducting checks during in-process or post-production stages. Record inspection results and escalate quality issues when required. Maintenance Assistance (if applicable) Support preventive maintenance schedules. Assist technicians in diagnosing and rectifying mechanical/electrical faults. Ensure machine cleanliness and readiness. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with senior engineers and technicians for smooth workflow. Prepare daily progress or learning reports. Participate in departmental meetings or training reviews. Safety & Compliance Follow all safety rules and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements. Participate in safety drills and awareness programs. Ensure work is carried out in compliance with company policies and industrial norms. Preferred candidate profile Diploma in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineering
Preferred candidate profile - Service experience related to only injection molding machine or Machine Maintenance experience related to injection molding machine will also added advantage.
