Role Description This is a part time/full time role for a Software/IT Trainer, located on-site in Dhanbad. The trainer will be responsible for training and mentoring learners in essential IT skills, conducting interactive training sessions, and assisting in the development of e-learning materials. The role includes preparing training resources, delivering lectures, and providing practical demonstrations. The trainer will also monitor the progress of learners and provide necessary feedback to enhance their learning experience. Main Responsibilities Run mainly two set of courses - Foundation and Advance Foundation courses will be aligned for school going students, and beginners in IT industry Advance Courses will be aligned for students pursuing Bachelors/Masters degree Qualifications Pursuing or completed Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or IT Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Javascript and Python Experience in Training and Teaching Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to engage and motivate learners Previous experience as an IT Trainer or in a similar educational role is a plus How to Apply Send a mail to train[at]torqbit.com with your resume/CV
