1. Leadership & Supervision Oversee the daily performance and operations of all School Health Nurses across the Hyderabad region. Ensure optimal staffing, timely deployment, and effective scheduling of nursing personnel. Provide mentorship and clinical guidance to the nursing team to maintain high standards of care. 2. Training & Development Plan and conduct regular training sessions, refresher courses, and skill assessments for nursing staff. Ensure strict adherence to clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 3. Quality Assurance & Compliance Monitor and audit the quality of nursing services delivered in schools to ensure consistency and excellence. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with local health regulations and internal standards. Manage incident reporting, conduct preliminary investigations, and support root cause analysis for continuous improvement. 4. Stakeholder Management Act as the key liaison between schools, nursing staff, and the central office. Participate in meetings with school administrators to address clinical concerns, feedback, or program updates. 5. Logistics & Coordination Oversee the management and distribution of medical kits, maintenance of student health records, and coordination of vaccination drives and health camps. Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Medical teams to ensure seamless execution of healthcare services in schools. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
