Job PurposeThe Associate Manager plays a key role in driving organizational success by managing critical HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Additionally, the role involves providing strategic oversight of administrative activities through effective guidance and collaboration with the Admin Executive to ensure smooth office operations.This dual-focus position requires balancing employee-centric HR initiatives with leadership in administrative functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a productive, compliant, and well-managed workplace. Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources1. Talent Acquisition:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and onboarding. - Partner with dept heads to define role requirements and ensure timely hiring. 2. Employee Engagement and Retention: - Plan and execute initiatives to improve employee morale and reduce attrition. - Address employee concerns and mediate workplace issues. 3. Performance Management: - Support performance review cycles, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans (PIPs). - Ensure alignment between employee goals and organizational objectives. 4. Compliance and Policy Administration: - Develop and update HR policies in line with legal and regulatory requirements. - Conduct periodic compliance audits and ensure HR processes meet statutory standards. 5. Learning and Development: - Identify training needs and organize programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. 6. HR Operations and Analytics: - Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems. - Prepare and present HR metrics, such as turnover rates, engagement scores, and training ROI. 7. Compensation and Benefits: - Support payroll and benefits administration, that includes coordinating and liaising with auditor/vendors and Chief Operating Officer- Address employee queries regarding salary, benefits, and compliance issues. Administrative OversightSupervision of Admin Executive:- Provide guidance to the Admin Executive on day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.- Review and approve key administrative processes, including vendor management, office supplies, and maintenance schedules.Strategic Oversight:- Ensure the Admin Executive organizes office facilities, manages documentation, and coordinates events efficiently.- Monitor adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards in office operations.Reporting and Collaboration:- Conduct periodic check-ins with the Admin Executive to track progress and resolve bottlenecks.- Communicate administrative updates and requirements to HR leadership or other stakeholdersQualifications and Skills Bachelors degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field10+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an IT/Analytics consulting or professional services environmentStrong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
