We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated BDE to join our sales and business development team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in all stages of the sales cycle — from building relationships with potential clients to supporting our sales goals. Responsibilities Call potential leads and pitch our services Send professional follow-up emails and proposals to prospects Assist in building and maintaining client relationships Support outreach efforts to generate new leads Help manage and update the sales pipeline Research market trends and competitors Assist in tracking performance and sales targets Qualifications Bachelor's degree (any field welcome) Strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidence in speaking with new people (calls and emails) Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools (preferred but not required) A proactive, go-getter attitude Benefits ₹5,000 monthly + 10% on each closed project Performance-based incentives on achieving sales target.
