TPM Implementation & Monitoring Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives across plants. Establish autonomous maintenance routines and preventive maintenance schedules. Track OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), downtime, and breakdown analysis. QMS (Quality Management System) Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality standards. Develop SOPs, work instructions, and audit systems. Conduct internal quality audits and ensure customer requirements are consistently met. Kaizen & Continuous Improvement Identify improvement opportunities in production, quality, safety, and cost efficiency. Lead Kaizen events, 5S implementation, and Lean projects. Train and mentor shop-floor teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams for system improvements. Act as a change agent for cultural transformation towards efficiency and excellence. Data & Reporting Prepare MIS reports on TPM, Kaizen, and QMS performance. Benchmark best practices and bring in innovative solutions for operational excellence.
