The worst elevators in the market with continued break downs and even the basic functions of ARD not being functional.Our apartment complex had unfortunately installed 2 of these lifts

One of the worst products in the market. Brand new elevators continuously break down. I speak with the experience of 2 apartment complexes in each of which I have an apartment; a total of eleven lifts.

Very poor afters sales support. If your elevator is damaged on Friday, expect them to arrive only on Monday afternoon or evening. Shared the condition of an elevator installed by this company in a government college quarters. It goes in to …

Thyssen krup elevators break down frequently mainly due to sensors, switches, PCB etc. Understand these elevators are made in China. Lifts are under AMC but no solution to breakdowns.

Used in 5 projects in the last two years...... Lift is working very well...... No problem until now....... Only delay during installation otherwise ok
