As an Infoscion, you will have a dynamic role within the consulting team at Infosys. Your responsibilities will include: - Getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. - Developing proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and providing inputs in solution design based on your areas of expertise. - Planning and configuring product activities as per the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. - Conducting solution and product demonstrations, Proof of Technology workshops, and preparing effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. - Actively leading small projects and contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. Additionally, you will have the following responsibilities: - Developing value-creating strategies and models to help clients innovate, drive growth, and increase business profitability. - Demonstrating good knowledge of software configuration management systems and staying updated on the latest technologies and industry trends. - Applying logical thinking and problem-solving skills while collaborating effectively with team members. - Understanding financial processes for various project types and pricing models, assessing current processes, identifying improvement areas, and suggesting technology solutions. - Possessing industry domain knowledge, client interfacing skills, project management capabilities, and team management skills.
