Company Description TIRUPATI METAL PRODUCTS a leading manufacturer of copper and brass components for electrical OEMs having a complete in house facilities. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jamnagar for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and contributing to training sessions. The role includes analyzing sales data to develop actionable insights and collaborating with the broader team to achieve company goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships Experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and handle sales activities effectively Ability to deliver Training and coaching sessions to team members Proficiency in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns Self-motivation with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Familiarity with tools and software relevant to sales and marketing Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the metals or manufacturing industry Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
