Job Title: Office Administrator Location: Coimbatore (Local candidates preferred) Department: Administration Reports To: HR Manager / Director Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: Tinly Modular is looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator with strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and documentation handling. The candidate will be responsible for managing administrative operations, maintaining records, coordinating interdepartmental needs, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office in Coimbatore. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily office activities including file handling, data entry, and documentation. Maintain and update physical and digital records such as attendance sheets, reports, and employee documents. Use Microsoft Excel for maintaining logs, preparing reports, and tracking tasks. Support HR and Accounts teams with administrative inputs and coordination. Oversee office supplies, vendor follow-ups, and facility maintenance. Manage communications, appointments, and internal notices. Ensure workplace cleanliness and address basic maintenance issues. Handle courier, inward/outward registers, and inter-departmental documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Capable of multitasking and handling responsibilities with minimal supervision. Coimbatore-based candidates preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in manufacturing or fabrication-based companies. Exposure to basic accounts and vendor documentation is an added advantage.
