About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Visiting & reporting to schools implementing tinkering lab projects. Design and implement projects, guide students, and foster creativity. 2. Provide technical support, assist with advanced projects, and ensure safety protocols. 3. Inspire creativity, help with project aesthetics, and integrate artistic elements into projects. 4. Create a curriculum that integrates STEM principles, leads workshops, and promotes inquiry-based learning. 5. Mentor students, organize community events, and share knowledge of best practices. 6. Develop and enforce safety guidelines, conduct training sessions, and maintain a safe environment. Required skills: 1. Knowledge & usage of various materials used in disciplines like electronics, IoT, Robotics, woodworking & coding with electronics materials. 2. Proficiency with electronics & mechanical tools, and machinery, understanding of technical concepts. 3. Strong understanding of design thinking and creative processes. 4. Ability to explain complex concepts in accessible ways. 5. Knowledge about Atal Tinkering Lab & syllabus followed in the labs. 6. Pedagogical understanding of delivering the tinkering sessions. 7. Hands-on experience with various students & college projects and tools. 8. Knowledge of safety protocols related to tools and materials used in the tinkering lab. 9. Know about the ATL dashboard 10. Supported students in building exhibition models. 11. Proficiency in MS Office 12. Any other technology field with at least 60% marks in graduation or post-graduation. 4. Candidates with any certificate or specialization in STEM/tinkering/teaching fields will be preferred 5. Candidates with prior experience teaching students in tinkering or STEM labs will be preferred About Company: Experifun focuses and works on different areas such as ICT-STEM lab setup, tinkering lab setup, and math lab setup. We also work on academic programs with a workbook, DIY model making, etc.
