What’s expected Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced learning facilitator who has prior experience in working in an enquiry and play based classroom. An ideal candidate will be: Someone who has managed to keep the curiosity alive in themselves and see the world around them with wonder Responsive caregiver who is able to provide the child with a safe space Someone who believes and is an advocate for children’s right to free play Willing to work in an atmosphere where each child is respected for their choice to learn at their own pace What is needed? Strong organisational skills and a great team player Ability to work with minimum supervision Enhanced Observation skills and an ability to understand every child’s unique needs Aptitude to continuously learn along with the children Classroom management skills Ability to set up an environment in the classroom which is both emotionally nurturing and intellectually stimulating Why join us?
