Role Overview We are looking for a Marketing Executive (Junior Level) with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads who can help scale user acquisition, improve campaign performance, and support Timestrail’s growth journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys performance marketing, experimentation, and learning fast in a startup environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns. Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for app installs, leads, and engagement. Track daily performance, budgets, and key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions). Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and audiences Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights. Collaborate with design/content teams for ad creatives. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and ad platform updates. Required Skills & Experience 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads Strong understanding of targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking. Experience running lead generation or app marketing campaigns. Data-driven mindset with good analytical skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Good communication and coordination skills Good to Have Google Ads or Meta certifications Experience with startups, apps, or SaaS products Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, or Meta Business Manager What You’ll Get at Timestrail Opportunity to work on a growing product from an early stage Ownership and real impact on marketing decisions Fast learning, experimentation, and growth Competitive salary based on experience Office Location: Goregaon West Minimum 1 years experience required.
