Key Responsibilities: * Generate new business leads through field visits, industrial area exploration, referrals, and B2B platforms. * Meet customers to understand requirements and offer suitable crane or compressor solutions. * Prepare and follow up on quotations, technical discussions, and price negotiations. * Collaborate with internal technical, design, and service teams for smooth project execution. * Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat orders and referrals. * Provide weekly reporting and sales updates to the manager/head office. * Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings as required. --- Desired Candidate Profile: * Experience in B2B Industrial Sales (Any domain – tools, machines, fabrication, pumps, etc.) * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to travel. * Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical products is an advantage. * Comfortable using email, Excel, and CRM tools.
