Identify, plan, and conduct outreach activities in schools, colleges, and coaching centres. Generate and manage leads through field visits, tele-calling, and walk-ins. Promote scholarship tests, seminars, and awareness sessions. Build strong relationships with school principals, coordinators, and student bodies. Follow up with prospective students and parents for course counselling and conversions. Maintain and update lead databases and daily activity reports in Excel/CRM tools. Participate in on-ground promotional events, seminars, and education fairs. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to meet enrolment targets.
