Studio Photographer – Job Role & Responsibilities Role Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Studio Photographer to join our team. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality images in a controlled studio environment, directing subjects, managing lighting setups, and delivering exceptional visual outputs that meet brand and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Photography Execution: Conduct studio-based photo shoots (maternity, baby, fashion, portraits, products, etc.) Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, studio lighting, and equipment efficiently. Compose, frame, and style shots for maximum impact. Client Interaction: Guide and direct clients during shoots to ensure comfort and best poses. Understand client requirements and tailor the shoot accordingly. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the session. Studio Setup & Maintenance: Set up lighting, props, and backdrops as per the shoot plan. Ensure all equipment is well-maintained, cleaned, and safely stored. Assist in managing studio inventory (props, fabrics, costumes, etc.) Editing & Post-production (if required): Perform basic to advanced photo editing using Lightroom/Photoshop. Collaborate with the editing team for timely delivery of final outputs. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with stylists, makeup artists, and assistants to achieve the desired creative vision. Contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling and shoot aesthetics. Admin & Workflow: Ensure proper backup and transfer of raw images. Maintain shoot logs and client shoot records for reference. Assist with shoot scheduling, if required. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in studio photography (minimum 1–2 years preferred) Proficiency in operating professional photography equipment Good understanding of lighting techniques and composition Basic knowledge of photo editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Creative eye and attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person

The ideal candidate will be responsible for client relationship management, driving sales through calls and CRM chats, and ensuring excellent after-sales service. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to new leads and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Clearly explain our services, photography packages, and offers to clients. Handle client inquiries, take bookings, and manage schedules. Perform accurate data entry and maintain records on Google Sheets and company CRM software. Follow up with clients consistently to close deals and meet sales targets. Provide after-sales support, ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction. Collect client feedback and work towards improving customer experience. Upsell and cross-sell services and packages to existing clients. Assist in building long-term client loyalty and repeat business. Minimum Requirements: Education: Graduate / 12th pass with strong communication skills. Experience: Prior telesales or customer service experience preferred (Photography/Media industry experience is a plus). Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi/Kannada. Confident in handling client objections and closing sales. Good knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel. Ability to multitask and manage CRM tools efficiently.
