You’ll be at the creative heart of our luxury temple and pooja room projects, managing both client experiences and a team of designers, while ensuring design excellence at every step.Key Responsibilities Lead interior design development from concept to execution for high-end marble temples & spiritual interiors Manage and mentor an in-house team of interior and CAD designers Oversee detailed working drawings, space planning, 3Ds, and FF&E specifications Collaborate with clients, project teams, and artisans to translate visions into timeless spaces Ensure quality execution on-site across India and globally Integrate traditional Indian stone craftsmanship into modern interior aestheticsWhat We’re Looking For Bachelor's/Master’s in Interior Design / Architecture 5+ years of experience in high-end residential/interior design Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, V-Ray/Lumion Strong command over FF&E, mood boards, and client presentations Excellent communication, project handling, and team leadership skills Prior experience in marble/stone interiors or turnkey projects is a big plus
