With our outsourced manufacturing, you'll be vital in upholding our promise of uncompromised quality and perfect fit in every garment. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a solid understanding of apparel production, we want you! Responsibilities: QC Planning & Oversight: Develop and manage QC schedules, understanding requirements from internal teams and vendors. Proactively identify quality risks. QC Check Management: Review and approve all QC reports (inline, mid-inspection, final) and check all Production/ Raw Material inwarded. Ensure checks meet Tiber Taber's standards, track findings, and follow up on corrective actions. QC Checker Coordination: Schedule and support QC checker visits to factories, providing necessary instructions and acting as their main point of contact. Vendor Quality Partnership and Training: Collaborate with vendors to improve quality processes and resolve any quality-related issues. Conduct frequent quality awareness trainings in-house. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in apparel QC or merchandising. Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and apparel quality standards. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
