The role involves driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of store presentation in line with brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers to provide a positive shopping experience. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable apparel products. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Maintain product knowledge, including fabric, fit, trends, and pricing. Ensure proper merchandising, folding, and display of apparel as per brand standards. Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately. Manage stock replenishment, tagging, and inventory support. Maintain store hygiene, grooming standards, and visual appeal. Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Requirements: Minimum 1–4 years of experience in apparel retail sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric attitude with a sales-driven approach. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage. Preferred Skills: Fashion sense and understanding of current trends.
