Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and responsible Store Manager to take full ownership of the daily operations at our kids’ play and arcade center. The role involves team management, customer service, financial oversight, and ensuring high standards of safety and hygiene. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the play area and arcade zone. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families. Supervise and manage staff (attendants, cashiers, cleaners, event staff). Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism. Manage billing, POS systems, and monitor entry/exit procedures. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and child protection standards. Coordinate and execute birthday parties, group bookings, and in-store events. Recruit, train, and evaluate staff on SOPs, service standards, and safety. Handle cash management, daily sales reconciliation, and reporting. Track inventory and supplies for smooth operations. Provide weekly and monthly operational updates to management. Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality, Retail, or Business Management preferred). 2–4 years of experience in retail, family entertainment centers, daycare, or hospitality. Prior experience as a supervisor/assistant manager/manager in customer-facing operations. Skills Required Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-first mindset with the ability to engage well with children and parents. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Basic computer proficiency (Excel, billing software, POS).
