About the Role: We’re looking for a creative content writer & strategist who lives and breathes storytelling . Someone who can turn everyday moments into engaging, relatable, and scroll-stopping content especially for Instagram reels, carousels, and campaigns. You’ll be the voice behind our visuals, working closely with the creative team to craft narratives that don’t just “speak” but connect with our audience. What You’ll Be Doing: Conceptualize and write script ideas for reels, shorts, carousels, and brand content across social platforms (mainly Instagram). Create short-form content that hooks viewers in the first 3 seconds. Brainstorm content ideas with the creative & marketing teams, aligning them with the brand tone. Develop engaging storytelling angles from briefs, trending sounds, and cultural moments. Assist with content planning, caption writing, text overlays , and CTAs. Collaborate with designers & video editors to bring your words to life. Stay updated with Instagram trends, content formats , and viral storytelling formulas. You’ll Thrive in This Role If You: Have a strong grasp of digital storytelling especially for Gen Z & Millennial audiences. Can think in reels , memes, hooks, and captions. Love working on creative brainstorms , pitching fresh ideas, and pushing the envelope. Understand brand voice & tonality , and can adapt your writing accordingly. Are hardworking , self-driven , and love a fast-paced, creative environment. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in content writing or strategy.
