Role & responsibilities Application engineers are part of a technical team. To provide software development for application, configuration and system engineering during the design, build, test phase and hardware installation support of automated control system project Provide on-site engineering services for installation & commissioning of client equipment throughout the PAN India. Perform on-site customer-focuse consulting during design and implementation of new automation system, requirement analysis, architecture and solution implementation. Develop offline programming for client applications as discussed. Reduce process down time and ensure maximum productivity, by incorporating best practices and assisting in continuous improvement activities. Design and develop interface with third party devices different communication protocol. Testing automated system for efficiency, safety and reliability. Should be ready to learn and work on Allen Bradley, Siemens and Mitsubishi brands of PLC, HMI, Servo, VFD and wincc, wonder ware SCAADA also other brand PLCs like ABB, Omron, Fanuc, Delta etc. Required material follow-ups, Site status co-ordination. Role & responsibilities We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Electrician with experience in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems to support the safe and efficient operation of electrical and automation systems in our manufacturing facility. The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PLC-controlled equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production processes. Install, wire, and commission PLC-based control panels and field devices. Assist in the setup, modification, and troubleshooting of PLC programs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley). Diagnose faults in electrical control systems and repair or replace components. Technical diploma, ITI, or trade certification in Electrical or Instrumentation. 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Hands-on experience with industrial PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Omron). Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control circuits, and automation. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical blueprints, and P&IDs. Proficient with electrical diagnostic tools (multimeters, testers, etc.). Basic understanding of ladder logic and I/O mapping. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of industrial safety standards (OSHA, NEC, etc.) Preferred candidate profile
