We’re looking for a highly organised, design-aware Executive Assistant to work directly with our Co-Founder & Design Head, Ujwwal , and manage the day-to-day operations of the studio. WHAT YOU'LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES) Studio Coordination & Client Management Be the primary point of contact for all clients regarding consultation, trials, and delivery appointments . Maintain a warm, professional, premium client communication style at all times. Manage and update the production planning sheet , ensuring orders move smoothly from consultation to delivery. Coordinate alterations, order changes, and updated specifications with precision. Design & Production Support Prepare specification sheets , measurement notes, and design documentation for each client. Work closely with the production manager to ensure timely execution of all garments. Assist the founder with design research — silhouettes, colour palettes, fabric ideas, styling references, and trend insights. Use basic AI tools (optional but preferred) to create reference visuals or design mockups. Sales & Lead Conversion Connect with inbound leads from LinkedIn or other channels. Explain Threadsmith’s process and help prospects book studio consultations . Maintain follow-up discipline and ensure leads experience a premium Threadsmith interaction. Studio Maintenance & Visual Presentation Oversee studio cleanliness, display, and overall aesthetic experience for clients. Prepare the space for design reviews, trunk shows, or high-profile client visits. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (REQUIREMENTS) Strong organisational and communication skills. A design sensibility — background in fashion, styling, or aesthetics is a big plus. Beginner to intermediate experience with Excel/Google Sheets . Ability to manage multiple moving parts with calmness and precision. Comfort with learning new tools, especially basic AI for design or workflow tasks.
