Role Overview The Marketing & Sales Manager – Canada Operations will play a key role in building and nurturing business relationships, identifying client needs, and successfully converting leads into long-term partnerships. This role involves outbound prospecting, tailored pitching, and working closely with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions to Canadian clients. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach Research and identify prospective clients in Canada requiring branding, design, web and digital marketing solutions. Conduct proactive outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to initiate conversations. Understand client requirements and business challenges to offer tailored solutions from Thoughtful's service portfolio. Brand Pitching & Conversion Deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to decision-makers and business owners. Navigate the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiation of terms. Maintain CRM records with detailed client interactions and deal progress. Client Relationship & Retention Serve as a point of contact for Canadian prospects and clients throughout the engagement. Collaborate with the Operations Manager post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship building. Conduct regular follow-ups to foster repeat business and referrals. Sales Ownership & Pipeline Management Own and manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Maintain a steady pipeline of leads and prospects with consistent follow-through. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Qualifications & Experience Undergraduate degree (preferably in Marketing); Postgraduate in Marketing (MBA/PGDM) preferred. 4–5 years of experience in a branding, design, or digital agency, focusing on sales and marketing. Strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, and website-related services. Proficient in using Zoho CRM or similar sales and pipeline tools. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
