Company Overview: We are a stealth-mode startup creating India's first AI-driven policy intelligence and advocacy SaaS platform. We are currently looking to hire an experienced AI Developer on a part-time, outsourced basis to help build our MVP. Role & Responsibilities: Develop a SaaS platform using React.js/Next.js. The platform includes dashboards, authentication, handling database operations, etc. Collaborate closely with the founder to translate business requirements into technical features. Ensure rigorous data security and compliance standards are met. Required Qualifications: Strong experience with React and full-stack development using Javascript. Ability to use AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc. for quick iteration. Demonstrated ability to build scalable web applications. Ability to deliver quality outputs within set deadlines. Understanding of GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.), RAG tools (LlamaIndex, Langchain, etc.), and agentic workflows. Preferred Qualifications: Good understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure). Experience with hosting web apps using cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.). Compensation & Commitment: Competitive hourly/project-based compensation or a co-founder role with equity, depending on candidate preference and fit. Flexible part-time remote working arrangement with clearly defined deliverables and milestones.
