Perform color correction, skin tone adjustment, background cleanup, and image finishing. Design albums while maintaining consistency and creativity. Video Editing: Edit wedding films, teasers, highlights, and music videos. Perform color grading, sound syncing, transitions, and cinematic storytelling. Work with multi-camera footage and create smooth storytelling flows. General: Collaborate with photographers, cinematographers, and clients to bring creative visions to life. Stay updated with industry-standard editing trends and software. Deliver projects on time while maintaining high quality. ⸻ Requirements: Proven experience in wedding & event post-production (photo + video). Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (preferred). Strong understanding of color grading, sound design, image aesthetics, and composition. We are looking for a dynamic and confident individual to join our team as an Art Direction & Shoot Planning Associate. Role & Responsibilities Assist in art direction during wedding and pre-wedding shoots. Coordinate with the photography team on shot planning, styling, and creative setups. Suggest creative inputs on poses, props, and overall visual flow of the shoot. Communicate with clients and make them comfortable during shoots. Scout and plan shoot locations in coordination with the team. Requirements Female candidate, age 21–25 years. Based in Delhi (location constraint). College graduate or final year student. Fluent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and confident presence in front of clients. Interest in creative direction, styling, or visual arts is a plus.
