ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the implementation of ThinkZone’s programs in the assigned district, ensuring smooth coordination across District, Block, Cluster, and School levels. Liaise with district-level education officials (DEO, ADEO, Pedagogy Coordinator) and represent ThinkZone in review meetings. Coordinate with Block and Cluster officials (BEOs, BRCCs, CRCCs) to ensure program guidelines, activities, and reporting formats are effectively communicated and implemented. Provide support and troubleshoot issues faced by schools, headmasters, teachers, and parents in delivering learning activities, as and when required. Collect, compile, and share timely data, information, and reports with district officials and ThinkZone’s central team to support and strengthen program operations. Participate in trainings, orientations, and review meetings with stakeholders at district and block levels. Address and escalate application or technical issues faced at any level by coordinating with the program and tech teams. Travel regularly within the assigned district for monitoring, review, and stakeholder engagement.
