ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the implementation of ThinkZone’s programs in the assigned district, ensuring smooth coordination across District, Block, Cluster, and School levels. Liaise with district-level education officials (DEO, ADEO, Pedagogy Coordinator) and represent ThinkZone in review meetings. Coordinate with Block and Cluster officials (BEOs, BRCCs, CRCCs) to ensure program guidelines, activities, and reporting formats are effectively communicated and implemented. Provide support and troubleshoot issues faced by schools, headmasters, teachers, and parents in delivering learning activities, as and when required. Collect, compile, and share timely data, information, and reports with district officials and ThinkZone’s central team to support and strengthen program operations. Participate in trainings, orientations, and review meetings with stakeholders at district and block levels. Address and escalate application or technical issues faced at any level by coordinating with the program and tech teams. Travel regularly within the assigned district for monitoring, review, and stakeholder engagement. REQUIREMENT 2-3 years of experience in the social impact sector with at least 1 year of working experience in the education sector Entrepreneurial mindset, a go-getter with excellent analytical skills Excellent communication skills in Odia(mandatory) and English Ability to work independently while also following a structured process/guidelines Some amount of knowledge in program management will be a great asset Flexibility to travel (approx. 20 days/month within the district) Should have a personal two-wheeler for field travel. POSITION SUMMARY ThinkZone is hiring Full Stack Software Developers to design, build, and maintain technology solutions that power our education programs. Candidates must have strong expertise in React Native (mandatory) for mobile app development, along with proficiency in React.js, Redux Toolkit, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB . The role requires building responsive UIs, delivering seamless user experiences, and developing scalable backend services for both mobile and web platforms. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (must) . Build and optimize web applications using React.js and Redux Toolkit . Create responsive, modern, and user-friendly UI/UX for both mobile and web. Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js . Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, and data modeling. Integrate APIs and third-party services into applications. Ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability through best practices. Use Git for version control, branching, and collaborative workflows. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, Product, Stakeholders) in an Agile/Scrum environment. REQUIREMENTS 1–3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. Proficiency in React Native (must) – hands-on experience building and publishing apps.
