Job Summary: The Staff Nurse provides direct patient care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager or senior medical staff. This role involves assessing patients' health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, maintaining medical records, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards. Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions and vital signs.
