About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Generate revenue by identifying and converting high-potential HNI and B2B prospects 2. Present and promote the company's investment model to prospective clients and partners 3. Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire and retain HNI clients 4. Drive the end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure 5. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing clients and stakeholders 6. Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and trends 7. Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings 8. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management regarding sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback 9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance in all client interactions and documentation Requirement: 1. Minimum 4 Years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or investment product sales, preferably in financial services or related industries 2. Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and client onboarding processes 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 4. Ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers and HNI clients confidently 5. Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently 6. A Master's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred Additional information: 1. Working Days: Monday to Saturday 2.
