Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Dosa Culinary Expert at THINDI, located in Navi Mumbai. The Dosa Culinary Expert will be responsible for preparing a variety of dosa options with authentic techniques, ensuring quality control, maintaining kitchen cleanliness standards, and delivering consistent taste and presentation. The role involves overseeing ingredients, monitoring cooking processes, and collaborating with the kitchen team to enhance customer satisfaction with a focus on traditional Karnataka cuisine. Qualifications Proficiency in dosa preparation, traditional Karnataka recipes, and understanding of associated cooking techniques. Experience in food preparation, ingredient selection, and maintaining hygiene standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and ensure consistency in food quality and presentation. Strong collaborative and communication skills to work efficiently with the kitchen and team members. Passion for culinary arts with a focus on authenticity and customer satisfaction. Prior experience in a Quick Service Restaurant or similar hospitality environment is a plus. Culinary training or certification related to South Indian or Karnataka cuisine is an advantage.
