Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. This role requires strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with bookkeeping, taxation, and banking processes. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledgers. Prepare and record vouchers, invoices, and accounting entries. Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filings. Manage day-to-day banking activities and reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of accounting and financial reports. Prepare compliance documentation and maintain taxation records. Support audit processes and ensure proper record-keeping of financial documents. Qualifications: Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce). Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Skills: Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, TDS, and taxation. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
