Had an awesome experience. Hands down the best ayurvedic treatment centre I've ever been to. Doctor Rashmi is really knowledgeable and helped me overcome my health issues. Also, the staff is really polite and professional. Highly recommend everyone to at least go for one Abhyangam therapy to get a better idea.

First time in my life I have experienced ayurveda massage therapy called abhiyanga. It was so relaxing prices are also very reasonable. Also they offered me delicious food after the therapy.

I visited Therayog with my mother in search of a natural treatment and I was pleasantly surprised with the warm hospitality of the staff and they even offered me a complimentary dosa which was out of his world. The staff especially the dietician Samiksha is highly unprofessional. And she treats the process as a business. They don't even follow up even after asking for advice on diet related queries multiple times. Very disappointed. Attaching the chat to show the unprofessional behaviour.
