Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the studio (shoot scheduling, set readiness, cleanliness). Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, bookings, and coordination. Supervise and support the photography, editing, and content creation team. Maintain studio inventory including props, costumes, and equipment. Coordinate with clients on theme selection, styling assistance, and shoot preparation. Ensure timely delivery of edited photos, albums, and client deliverables. Monitor studio maintenance, cleanliness, and ambience. Track and manage bookings, payments, and invoicing. Oversee marketing and content tasks in coordination with the creative team. Plan and execute small-scale events or celebrations hosted in the studio. Requirements: Strong communication and people management skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Basic knowledge of photography and baby/kids shoots is a plus. Familiarity with social media, Canva, and content coordination is preferred. Ability to multitask and handle clients with empathy and professionalism. Female candidates preferred (as per job nature & studio environment).
