Check ambitionbox or look at the highest rated review comments here to get a gist. Easily one of the most awful IT companies out there in terms of culture and work. No value for work and no respect.

The interview process at MathCo was thorough but friendly. It focused on technical skills and how well you fit in with the team. It was a positive experience that showed they value finding talented people.

They don't have a proper interview process. The just randomly ask questions and evaluate on the basis of that process. Applicants must refrain from applying to such organizations. Horrible experience applying with them.
