Job Title Motion Graphics Designer Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad, Telangana Work Mode: Office Experience: 01 Years (Strong portfolio or demo reel is mandatory) Employment Type: Full-time Joining Preference: Immediate to 15 days preferred About the Job We are a creative digital marketing start-up company looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who can translate ideas, scripts, and brand narratives into engaging visual stories. This role is ideal for early-career creatives who have a strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and design fundamentals. You will work closely with content writers, strategists, photographers, and marketers in an office-based environment, creating motion and video content for brands across digital platforms. A strong portfolio or demo reel will be the key evaluation factor for this role. Key Responsibilities Create engaging motion graphics and video edits for social media, digital ads, brand films, reels, and campaigns Design and animate 2D motion graphics, typography, transitions, and visual effects. Edit videos with attention to story flow, rhythm, and emotional impact Collaborate with content and strategy teams to understand briefs and visual requirements Assist in storyboarding and visual ideation Ensure brand consistency across all motion and video assets Optimise video formats for different digital platforms Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Stay updated with current motion design and video trends Use AI-based creative tools to improve efficiency and creative exploration (preferred) Qualifications & Skills UG/PG – Any Discipline 0–1 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or related creative work Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing motion graphics, video edits, and storytelling ability (mandatory) Working knowledge of: After Effects Premiere Pro Photoshop Illustrator Basic understanding of composition, colour theory, typography, and timing Passion for visual storytelling and continuous learning Familiarity with social media video formats and digital-first content Attention to detail and openness to feedback 5.Ability to work full-time from the office and start immediately.
