Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Community Outreach Intern. The intern will engage with communities to build relationships, provide information about Younovators’ services, and support outreach initiatives aligning with the company’s mission. Daily responsibilities include managing community interactions, responding to inquiries, organizing online engagement programs, and gathering feedback to improve services. The intern will also collaborate with internal teams to foster meaningful connections and ensure an exceptional community experience. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with diverse community members. Experience in community engagement and community management, demonstrating the ability to foster active participation and interaction.buil Customer service experience with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and providing helpful support. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms to engage with communities effectively. Passion for education, diversity, and creating positive change through collaboration.
