We're looking to expand our culinary team with skilled individuals who are passionate about regional cooking and hospitality excellence. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of traditional Kerala dishes (sadhya, thalis, curries, etc.) Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times (HACCP compliant) Support in mise en place and smooth service execution during peak hours Collaborate with the CDP and Sous Chef for seasonal/menu innovations Requirements 1–2 years of experience as Commis I or II in a South Indian or Kerala kitchen Strong understanding of ingredients and prep methods used in Kerala cuisine Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments Positive attitude, team spirit, and respect for kitchen discipline Willingness to work weekends and festival shifts (especially Onam) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
