Staff were kind and friendly whether it is in the reception, room service or restaurant. Its location in the bustling city is a great plus point, especially access to the US consulate is roughly 15 to 20 minutes. The view from my room was dystopian, with very old abandoned buildings, which I personally didn’t like much.
