We are seeking a well-groomed and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executive to join our jewelry store team. This role involves assisting customers, showcasing jewelry pieces, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and an in-depth knowledge of jewelry collections, ensuring every customer feels valued and satisfied.Key Responsibilities:Customer Assistance: Engage with walk-in customers and provide personalized assistance in selecting jewelry based on their preferences and needs.Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the store's jewelry collections, including features, prices, and promotions.Billing & Invoicing: Handle billing, invoicing, and basic stock management tasks at the counter, ensuring accurate transactions.Store Presentation: Ensure the display counters are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing, showcasing the jewelry to its best advantage.Uniform & Professionalism: Follow company guidelines, including wearing the designated uniform and maintaining a professional appearance.Training & Development: Participate in product and sales training provided by the company to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service at all times, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor with every customer interaction.Requirements:Gender: Male or FemaleLocation: Must reside within 10-20 km of the store.Education: Graduate (any stream).Experience:6-12 months in a similar retail sales role preferred.Freshers can apply but must have a well-groomed and pleasant appearance.Languages: Must be fluent in Gujarati and Hindi (both spoken and written).Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in jewelry sales will be offered a higher salary.Compensation:Salary: Up to 20,000 per month for freshers; higher salary will be offered to candidates with jewelry sales experience.

The BDM will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of presentation as a brand representative and resolving customer queries in a resourceful manner.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in fluent English to understand their floral needs, offering personalized advice and suggesting suitable floral arrangements.Sales Presentation: Present and suggest floral arrangements based on customer requirements, effectively closing sales by aligning products with client preferences.Order Coordination: Ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process.Client Relations: Handle interactions with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) with professionalism, discretion, and personalized service.Digital Tools: Utilize online platforms, computers, and digital tools to process sales, manage communication, and track orders efficiently.Brand Representation: Maintain a polished, professional, and presentable demeanor as a key representative of the brand during all customer interactions.Problem-Solving: Be street-smart, adaptable, and resourceful in resolving customer queries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all clients.Errands & Deliveries: Operate a bike to facilitate errands or assist with deliveries when needed, ensuring a flexible and responsive approach to customer needs.Qualifications & Skills:Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in the retail or luxury goods sector.Communication: Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage customers effectively and professionally.Sales Ability: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing sales and meeting targets.Professionalism: Polished, professional, and presentable appearance; ability to represent the brand with discretion and elegance.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, online platforms, and computers for order processing, communication, and sales tracking.Problem Solving: Street-smart, adaptable, and capable of addressing customer queries in a timely and resourceful manner.Mobility: Must be willing and able to operate a bike for errands or deliveries as required.
