The Rental Attire

Responsibilities: Attend walk-in customers and understand their wedding outfit requirements Show rental & sale outfits (bridal, bridesmaid, groom, family wear) Explain pricing, rental duration, security deposit, return policy clearly Ensure trial, fitting coordination, and booking confirmation Convert walk-ins into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets Maintain accurate booking records and customer details Coordinate with tailoring & inventory team for alterations and availability Ensure outfits shown are clean, presentable, and properly handled Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally Maintain discipline, hygiene, and brand image of the store
