The ideal candidate should be committed to working closely with the school management and demonstrate genuine care and affection toward young children. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment. 2. Collaborate with school management and staff to support the mission of the school. 3. Nurture the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 2.5–5 years. 4.Plan and execute creative activities, hands-on learning experiences, and innovative classroom themes. 5. Introduce new ideas, pop-up events, and interactive storytelling to enhance student engagement. 6. Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers. Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal and social skills. 2.Creative flair and artistic talents in crafts, storytelling, music, or drama. 3.Ability to generate fresh ideas for classroom activities and school functions. 4.Proven experience or strong interest in early childhood education. 5.Patience, compassion, and high emotional intelligence when working with young children. You will be responsible for creating developmentally appropriate lesson plans, encouraging exploration, and supporting each child's emotional, social, and academic development. Key Responsibilities Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood learning standards. Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
